President & CEO Founder, Bernard M. Wright is the visionary founder of Wright Construction Group, LLC, a company dedicated to shaping the future of construction and development.

Bernard's vast expertise spans roles such as CEO/President, Executive Vice President, Program Manager/Country Manager, and Sr Project Manager. Roberto Flores

Chief Financial Officer

Roberto Flores brings over 30 years of experience successfully navigating both for-profit and non-profit sectors, specializing in team building, organizational transformation, and strategic growth. His extensive expertise in financial management and leadership is an asset to Wright Construction Group, LLC.

Roberto’s career spans work with International NGOs in Washington, DC, as well as for-profit ventures, including SiriusXM Radio LLC, where he contributed to shaping the company’s business model and long-term strategy. He drove sustainable revenue growth and raised capital of over $5 Billion through an IPO.

As Chief Financial Officer for various INGO’s, Roberto played a pivotal role in strengthening each organization’s financial capabilities and fostering innovative solutions. Throughout his career, he led and managed start-ups, small, and mid-sized companies by implementing effective financial strategies that resulted on multi-million-dollar sustainable revenue growth.

Roberto holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Lima, Peru, and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech University. He also holds certifications in Leadership and Strategic Management from Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Joan Maynard

Executive Vice President and 

Chief Operations Officer

Joann Maynard leverages over two decades of experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations as a dynamic HR and business leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence through people and strategy. As the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Wright Construction Group, LLC, she plays a critical role in shaping the company’s talent strategy, culture, and long-term expansion plans.

Joann's remarkable journey began in the Department of Defense (DOD) contracting industry, specializing in international benefits. At Garda International, she excelled as the International Benefits Manager overseeing operations across domestic and international offices. She continued her career by making significant contributions in the international nonprofit sector, working with organizations such as the Department of Agriculture, US Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Department for International Development (UK).

In addition to her US government agency and international experience, Joann's entrepreneurial spirit led her to own and manage four Auntie Anne's franchises, where she further honed her business and leadership skills. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University and is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Her journey is a testament to the power of experience and education in shaping a dynamic HR leader dedicated to fostering excellence in corporate cultures.

Joseph Amon

Senior Vice President

Joseph J. Amon serves as Senior Vice President of Government Programs for Wright Construction Group, where he provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the company’s federal construction and emergency management portfolios. In this role, he is responsible for program performance, regulatory compliance, quality, and operational excellence across all government initiatives, aligning quantifiable results with the President & CEO and executive leadership team to advance Wright Construction Group’s mission and long-term growth strategy.

 

Joseph brings a distinguished 30-year record of leadership across federal, industrial, and commercial construction programs in the United States and internationally. He has supported clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and U.S. Department of State, delivering projects ranging from $25 million to more than $200 million and overseeing multi-billion-dollar program portfolios.

 

Joseph’s leadership foundation is further strengthened by a 25-year career as a U.S. Army Engineer Officer, where he served in senior command and staff roles including Battalion Commander, Division Command Engineer, and Chief Operations Engineer for U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). He directed large, geographically dispersed organizations, managed enterprise facilities programs, and led disaster response operations.

 

Joseph holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Eastern Michigan University, along with advanced professional military education. Joseph is USACE/NAVFAC CQM-certified. Known for his collaborative, mission-focused leadership style, Joseph is committed to delivering compliant, high-quality, and mission-ready outcomes for Wright Construction Group’s government clients.

Business Development Manager

Masie Hagizada is the dynamic Business Development and Senior Program Manager at Wright Construction Group. With a remarkable 18-year career that spans the realms of banking, sales, marketing, and customer service, Masie has become a standout figure in the industry. Known for his knowledge in market analysis, strategy implementation, and inspirational team leadership, he is poised to apply his extensive knowledge to help Wright Construction Group achieve its goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Wright Construction Group, Masie Hagizada held pivotal executive roles in various distinguished organizations. As the Founder and CEO of a contracting company, he established a strong foothold in the industry, overseeing the growth and success of the company. Additionally, he held leading positions as CEO and Director in large contracting and investment groups focused on the Middle East, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organizations' strategic direction and growth.Masie Hagizada holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, underpinning his expertise with a solid educational foundation. The proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Dari, Pashto, German, and Turkish, enables him to excel in a diverse and multicultural business environment.

Hassan Alhashimi

Director of Quality

Hassan Alhashimi has more than 18 years of experience in construction, engineering, and operations, serving as Director of Quality for Wright Construction Group, LLC. He leads company-wide quality strategy, field inspection discipline, and compliance across federal programs, ensuring consistent adherence to contract requirements, specifications, and client expectations.

 

Hassan has supported and led quality execution on Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects, including mission-critical facilities and airfield paving. His experience spans projects ranging from $45 million to $1.5 billion, where disciplined submittal control, testing and inspection coordination, and phased acceptance are essential to successful delivery.

 

A USACE-certified Quality Control Manager (QCM), Hassan is recognized for building repeatable systems that drive compliance, accountability, and measurable performance. He has led multidisciplinary QC teams since 2017 and is known for modernizing quality execution through digital documentation and CMiC workflows that enhance transparency and field-to-office coordination.

 

Hassan has degrees in Business Management and Geophysics/Petroleum Geology from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is guided by integrity, ownership, and precision, and is committed to delivering durable, compliant, and mission-ready infrastructure for federal clients.

Raul Marin

Corporate Saftey Officer

Raul L. Marin, Jr. is a senior construction safety executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in construction management and safety programs across federal, institutional, industrial, and complex commercial projects. He serves as Director of Corporate Safety for Wright Construction Group, LLC, where he spearheads enterprise-wide safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation to support safe, complaint, and mission-ready delivery.

 

Raul brings an extensive 10+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and civilian agencies, with deep expertise in EM 385-1-1, OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements. His background includes safety leadership on military facilities, force protection systems, medical and training facilities, aviation and hangar facilities, high-rise structures, utility infrastructure, and complex renovations performed under active operations.

 

At Wright Construction Group, Raul is responsible for developing and enforcing corporate safety policies, conducting high-level risk assessments, and providing executive visibility into safety performance through audits, incident investigations, trend analysis, and performance metrics. He works closely with project teams, regulators, and insurance partners to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained across all operations.

 

Prior to joining WCG, Raul served as Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) on DoD construction and renovation programs for USACE, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy, supporting projects valued in excess of $2.2 billion. In these roles, he led EM 385-driven safety execution, ensured alignment of Accident Prevention Plans (APPs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) with field operations, and integrated safety leadership with planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and deficiency tracking.

 

Raul holds extensive professional safety credentials, including OSHA 500 Authorized Construction Trainer, STSC certification, 40-hour HAZWOPER, First Aid/CPR, and multiple OSHA and EM 385 fall protection certifications. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to fostering a proactive safety culture rooted in accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
